The Edmonton African Violet and Gesneriad Society (EAVGS) functions as a non-profit club. We aim to provide a convenient and beneficial not-to-profit association of persons interested in African Violets and other Gesneriads. To stimulate a wide-spread interest in, and to gather and publish reliable information a about, the identification , correct nomenclature, culture and propagation of African Violets and other Gesneriads.
